Welcome!

It is our 55th Anniversary! Over the last 55 years, our University of Cincinnati Department of Emergency Medicine has had the privilege and honor to train incredible emergency physicians who have traveled across the United States and the world to provide outstanding care for emergency patients, educate emergency clinicians, perform outstanding research, and demonstrate amazing administrative expertise. We want to celebrate this incredible legacy with you and our University of Cincinnati Emergency Medicine Residency graduates, fellows, faculty, and former faculty.

We would like to invite you to come back to Cincinnati to celebrate our 55th Anniversary of the founding of the FIRST Emergency Medicine Residency Program, the University of Cincinnati Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program. Our celebration will begin on Thursday, October 23rd and conclude on Sunday, October 26th, 2025. We believe this is a fantastic opportunity for you to also celebrate a reunion of your residency class!  It is our anticipation that most of our 500+ graduates, fellows, faculty, and former faculty will come to Cincinnati for this event.
